Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Stack Tracker, provided by Stack Tracker Inc. ("Stack Tracker", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Stack Tracker records what you decide to take and reminds you when you planned to take it. It does not recommend substances, doses or schedules. Dose calculations are arithmetic on the numbers you enter; check them, and check what you take, with your clinician or pharmacist. Partner listings are supplied by the partner brands and are not endorsements. Products marked research-use only are sold by those partners for research purposes; read their terms before buying.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what you enter.

Plans and billing

New accounts get 14 days of Pro at no cost and no card is required. After that you continue on Free (7 active protocols and one flexible stack) or subscribe to Pro at the price shown in the app. Pro renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period, after which Free limits apply and nothing is deleted. Referral credits are applied to Pro renewals as described in the app.

Partners and purchases

Buying from a partner happens on the partner's own store under the partner's terms. We may receive a commission on purchases we refer, and partners may receive a commission on Pro subscriptions they refer. Member codes shown in the app are provided by the partner and may change.

Sharing

Share links you create show the protocol name and your name to anyone with the link, and full details to signed-in users. Links expire after 30 days. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stack Tracker to break the law, to harm others, to scrape or overload the service, or to resell access.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Stack Tracker available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing team@stacktracker.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
