Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026. Questions: team@stacktracker.co.
This policy explains what Stack Tracker Inc. ("Stack Tracker", "we") collects when you use the app, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, the name you give us, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
- What you track: the protocols, stacks, doses, schedules, supply counts and notes you enter, and the times you mark a dose as taken.
- Usage: which screens you open and which partner products you view, import or reorder, so partner offers and referral credits work. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) are kept briefly for security.
How we use it
- To run the app: show your Daily Brief, reminders, supply alerts and partner offers.
- To credit referrals and partner attribution. Partners see aggregate counts (clicks, imports, reorders), never your name, email or what you take.
- To support you when you contact us.
We do not show third-party advertising.
Health information
What you track is sensitive. It is stored encrypted at rest in the United States, protected by access rules so that only your account can read it, and never shared with partners or other users unless you create a share link yourself.
AI assistants
If you connect Claude or ChatGPT, the assistant can read and update your protocols and doses only after you approve the connection with a code from your Account screen. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. Email team@stacktracker.co from your account email to export or delete everything; we complete requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and California) you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the use of your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will help.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage, sign-in, email and payments. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms and handles your data only to run Stack Tracker.
Children
Stack Tracker is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes are announced in the app.
